About us

An independent advisory, based in Al Barsha

We help families in the UAE and the wider Gulf secure Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment. Working through a network active since 2013, we have supported 5,000+ investors and 9,000+ new citizens, and we manage each application end to end from our Dubai office.

We are independent advisers — not a government agency, and not an anonymous online portal. You work with a named, accountable team you can meet in person or reach on WhatsApp, and you get honest guidance, including when Antigua is the wrong answer for your objectives.

Who we are

A hands-on Dubai team, backed by a network operating since 2013

Investment migration is a serious, document-heavy process, and the quality of your adviser shapes both the outcome and the experience of getting there. We built this practice around three things Gulf families told us they wanted and rarely got: a local presence they could actually visit, transparent pricing with nothing appearing mid-process, and straight answers about what a second passport genuinely delivers.

Being based in Dubai means you are never handing your family's documents to an anonymous call centre in another time zone. The same small team that takes your first call assembles your file, prepares your due-diligence pack, briefs you for the verification interview, and tracks the application through government review. When a query lands, the person who answers it already knows your case.

Behind that local team sits a network operating since 2013 that has guided 5,000+ investors and 9,000+ new citizens. The practical value of that is pattern recognition: the file in front of you looks unusual to you and familiar to us, which is how problems get spotted before a regulator finds them.

How we work

Honest advice, including when it costs us the work

The fastest way to lose a family's trust is to oversell, so we do the opposite and accept the cost. If your single priority is straightforward travel to the United States, we will tell you plainly that Antigua's US access weakened in 2026 — a visa-bond pilot from January, shorter B-1/B-2 visas from February, immigrant processing frozen — and point you toward a programme that suits you better.

That candour loses us some enquiries. We are comfortable with it, because the families who stay do so on the basis of advice that turned out to be real, and because the alternative is a client discovering the truth at a consular appointment after they have paid us.

Our process is deliberately transparent. Before you pay anything you receive a written, itemised estimate covering the government contribution, due diligence, the verification interview and the legal, oath and passport fees, so nothing appears later. We map your household's actual travel patterns against the visa-free list rather than quoting a headline number, model the most economical route for your specific composition, and prepare every document to ECCIRA-era standards so the file clears the first time.

If you want to see exactly how an application unfolds, the step-by-step process sets it out, and the FAQ covers the points families raise most often before they engage anyone.

What we will do

Tell you which route is cheapest for your household. Put every fee in writing first. Prepare and pre-check every document. Handle government queries the day they arrive.

What we will not do

Promise an easy US visa. Quote a package price before we know your household. Encourage an application we think will be refused. Take a file where disclosure is incomplete.

What we are not

A government agency. A law firm or your tax counsel. A property agency. The decision-maker on your application — that is the Government of Antigua & Barbuda.

Your team

The people who handle your file

You work with the same advisers from your first call through to passport collection. No hand-offs to a processing department you never meet.
