Information you give us. When you submit a consultation form we collect your first and last name, email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your phone or WhatsApp number, your current nationality, your household size and any message you write. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for passport numbers, financial details or any identity documents through this website. If you engage us, those are collected separately under a formal engagement with appropriate safeguards — never through a web form.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to prepare the cost estimate or assessment you asked for, and to contact you about Antigua & Barbuda citizenship in connection with that enquiry. We also use aggregate, non-identifying information to understand which pages are useful and improve them.
